Irish-America: Culture and Society
My first semester at Northeastern was not actually at
Northeastern. Instead, it was held at University College Dublin.
During that time, I had the great opportunity to explore Irish
American history with this course, and I analyzed different
historical events and groups to obtain a timeline of how we got
to where we are today.
First-Year Writing
My first college writing course actually held at Northeastern
proper taught me how to break free from the more restrictive
high-school style of writing, and how to creatively analyze
different pieces and to make and effectively argue my own
stance on different topics and viewpoints.
